No, I will take bookings from hospitals directly so if your hospital informs you that your place is booked, you do not have to confirm this. Your hospital will have provided me with your email address on booking and a ticket with the link to the event will be emailed to you directly.

You can pay on-line by all major credit or debit cards. Click on ‘Events’ and a link to purchase a ticket is below each available event.

The receipt will automatically be emailed to you as an attachment with your confirmation email.  If you do not receive it immediately after booking, please check your junk mail box.  If you still can’t find it then please email [email protected].

Course times vary and these are displayed on the Events page under each listing. Please note that these times are not exact and will vary slightly depending on the number of questions asked by the audience. Full day events typically run from 9am-5pm (GMT) including refreshment and lunch breaks, whereas half day events typically run from 9am-1pm (GMT).

Yes, please set up a free Microsoft Teams account beforehand and then you can log in with your link on the day. Your link will be emailed to you on payment.

In the unlikely event that internet connection is lost by the host the live event will terminate. A new link will then be emailed to you to re-join the event. If you lose connection from your internet provider and subsequently miss a section of the event this is outside of the company’s control and you will therefore not be entitled to a refund.

Similarly, if you experience sound or visual difficulties with the platform which is deemed not to arise from the host then you will not be entitled to a refund. Please contact [email protected] for further queries on this matter.

I will be talking through the appearances whilst pointing to the relevant areas. I would advise that you do not view the live events from a mobile phone device. A PC or laptop would provide the best possible viewing.

Yes, a certificate of attendance will be emailed to you after the course.
